Fire Door Surveys and Inspections.
Condition surveys, defect schedules and periodic inspection programmes, with every leaf logged against its location so the door register holds up.
The scope,
in detail.
Most buildings do not know what they have. Doors get replaced, re-hung, painted over and drilled through, and the record stops matching the building. We survey the door stock leaf by leaf, check each set against the specification it was meant to meet, and record what is actually there: gaps, seals, hinges, closers, glazing, signage and any damage. Findings come back as a schedule of defects ranked by risk, so the doors that matter get attention first rather than the whole stock being condemned at once.
