Shawford Interiors delivered the ceilings and partitions package at Shipley Care Home, commissioned by Torsion Care and working for main contractor Torsion Construction.
The scope covered 122 retirement apartments and the scheme's communal areas. Acoustic ceilings reduce noise and support the calm, tranquil environment residents need. Partitioning forms the private and communal spaces within the building, all installed to meet safety and building regulations.
The package completed in March 2024, handing over modern, comfortable living spaces built to improve quality of life for residents and day-to-day operations for the care team.
