Shawford Interiors delivered the ceilings and partitions package at South Shields FC's ground, commissioned by the club and working for main contractor Aptus Construction over a 24-week programme.
The package fitted out a new bar, retail store, board room and executive boxes. Acoustic ceilings and partitioning in the bar area. Ceiling systems and partition walls in the retail store. High-quality ceiling tiles throughout, with every area finished to align with the club's branding and meet safety and building regulations.
Phased scheduling kept disruption to club activities to a minimum. The package completed in July 2022, on time and within budget, handing over modern spaces built to improve the fan experience and open up new revenue opportunities for the club.
