Porsche High Wycombe is one of Rybrook Cars' flagship UK dealerships, a single building containing service workshops, vehicle showrooms, customer lounges and back-of-house offices, each with its own use, its own sound profile, and its own set of brand standards. The brief from main contractor Capital CMC was to deliver ceilings and partitions across all four zones, lifting the finish to Porsche's standards while the dealership stayed open and trading.
We were appointed for the ceilings and partitions package across the refurbishment, the elements that, between them, define how each space sounds, looks and performs. The programme was eight weeks. The brief was zero impact on trading days.

The acoustic challenge sat at the back of the building. A working service area is a soundscape: pneumatic tools, wheels on concrete, technicians on radio. We installed an acoustic ceiling system across the workshops to absorb that energy before it bled into the customer-facing zones.
The showroom and the customer lounges were a different brief: not how the space sounds, but how the cars look in it. Porsche's brand standards are tightly defined: the ceiling has to disappear visually, the lighting has to bring out the bodywork without throwing reflections off the glass. Premium ceiling tiles, integrated lighting, and partition walls that read as a frame rather than a divider.
Back of house, the offices needed flexibility. Dealership working patterns evolve: meeting rooms get repurposed, configurations shift with the model line-up. We installed adaptable partition systems that can be reconfigured without trade involvement, giving the team room to move the floorplan as the business changes.
The result
All four zones handed over on programme, and the dealership traded every day the works ran. Each zone was sealed, finished, snagged and handed back in sequence so customer experience was protected throughout. The finish lifted with the brand: a back-to-front refurbishment that hands Porsche a building tuned to their standards.
